Following the tragic bombings at the Boston Marathon thousands of friends and family of participants and onlookers of the event scrambled to find information pertaining to their loved ones’ whereabouts.
To help make the search easier Google launched Person Finder, a way for survivors and family members alike to post information about the condition and safety of their loved ones.
As of now, Google claims that 2500 records are located in their data bank, though this number is rapidly growing as more information pours in.
We wish the people of Boston, participants in the marathon and all of their family our deepestĀ condolencesĀ in this time of fear and loss.
