The Recon Jet Sunglasses

Face up displays are all the rage and lately a lot of people have been talking about the Google glasses. Today we want to check out the Recon Jet sunglasses though, a cheaper and more available option for those of us on a budget.

The glasses behind the Recon Jet’s are quite fashionable really and look a lot like many of the more basic Oakley sunglasses models. The small display is attached to the bottom right of the glasses. The display is set to share current heart rate information, distance, power and vertical ascent. Additionally, the Recon Jet can be synched with your phone to notify you of current text messages, phone calls and social media messages.

The Recon Jet runs around $500, $100 cheaper than the Google Glass and is currently available for pre-order on the company website here.
