If you’re worried about the work you’ve been putting out in your office and are genuinely worried about your performance, the reason for that scares is probably your low productivity. It’s important to remember that you probably end up spending as much, if not more, time at work as you do at home. If work starts to become undoable and costs you more mentally than you’re capable of giving, it will only harm you in the long run. You should do everything within your power to solve problems as they come and improve your performance to make sure your workplace continues to be inviting and engaging.
