This fall New York City will see something a little different rolling around the city. That’s right, the good old yellow cabs are getting a makeover!

The  Nissan NV200 is being touted as the “Taxi of Tomorrow” by its fans and this fall these new yellow cabs will be taking to the streets. The  Nissan NV200 has a glass roof and is built to make the life of a modern generation member easier. The new yellow cabs will feature controls that allow passengers to control their own air conditioning, two USB ports to charge phones and other gadgets, antibacterial fabric on the seats, Sliding doors, handrails, reading lights, floor lights, an entry step, additional exterior lights, a low frequency horn, all around airbags and traction control. Additionally, the new cabs will have better fuel economy and a 150,000 mile warranty!
