These kids are the anthropologists of the future.
Their research is cute and satisfying to watch, but we should remember that many of these technologies were strange to us when we first encountered them, too; the window of techno-familiarity is vanishingly small. As questions swirl around the fate of the iPad’s home button, these kids remind us how swiftly our kinesthetic intuitions obsolesce; someday, push buttons will likely be inscrutable appurtenances, like cuneiform or the geometries of Stonehenge. �via Core77 (and just about everywhere else in my feeds as well)
