I would have grown up to be a carpenter if it weren’t for those meddling kids that whole manual labor thing. If I could sit on my ass all day and build shit from my computer I’d be all set. The Digital Tape Measurer at least takes a bit of the manual out of manual labor by calculating the measurement for you and showing it on a display.
The tape measurer is pretty run of the mill, except the display which measures down to 1/16 of an inch accuracy, while your eyes will probably fool you, causing awkward free space where there probably shouldn’t be, or possibly an excess of materials causing an overlap to ruin your project. Screw that, I’ll stick to writing. — Andrew Dobrow

Good idea but I can’t see it replacing the traditional measure. However, an actual laser measure you can burn pets, pop balloons and battle other tradesmen with would be perfect.
I think that is great, its not lazy just efficient, how much are thye though because if you are anything like me, you will go through tape measures like there is no tommorow.
yeh im the same, tape measures are like biscuits, put em down for a second and their gone.
