When it comes to sat-nav’s there is only so much development that’s taken place over the past few years but Garmin has recently introduced a much more futuristic sci-fi looking GPS option in the Mercedes S-Class concept.
Garmin‘s modular K2 infotainment system is something new for the GPS world. Designed to blend seamlessly in to the new Mercedes S-Class concept, the in dash new sat-nav features advanced 3D city models that also includes parks, rivers, textured buildings and navigable roads. There is still question as to whether the new system will actually make it in to the final production of the S-Class concept but there is something very Gothamesque about the new system and we’re loving it!
