Gateway has finally taken the wraps of their sleek new all-in-one PC dubbed “The Gateway One”, and the verdict is that it looks a lot like an iMac – but cool is cool, and I can’t really say that I mind all that much. More info after the jump.
The PC will initially come in three versions, the GZ7108, ZX190, and GZ7220 with prices of $1,299.99, $1,499.99, and $1,799.99 respectively. The low end version will feature a 1.5 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T5250 processor, 2 GB of RAM, Intel integrated graphics, a 320 GB hard drive, 7.1 audio support, and a 1.3 megapixel Webcam. The midrange version sweetens the deal with an ATI Mobility RAdeon HD 2600XT graphics with 256 MB of video memory and a 400 GB hard drive while the high end version runs on a 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7250, 3GB of RAM, a 500 GB drive, and a USB TV Tuner.
The specs are nothing to write home about, but let’s face it – the Gateway One is like that annoying girl you date just because she’s hot. Sean Fallon
