Incredible Photo: Praying Mantis Captures a Bird

I’m pretty sure it’s not ‘shopped. What an incredible shot!

The photo shows a praying mantis devouring a humming bird. Don’t know how this happened or the circumstances around the photo, but all I can say is… wow.

    I guess praying mantises love the taste of hummingbirds. I’ve seen similar photos before, but this one is amazing. There are also videos on the Tube – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXn-hf00cJE
