Want to take your workout to the next level? How about running on a treadmill that exactly simulates the experience of the great outdoors?
Well, not quite. However, this new treadmill still introduces a level of realism to fitness training that could definitely make your workout more interesting.
Johnson Health Tech North America has released a new line of treadmills to the public that use something called “Virtual Active Technology” through their Passport media player. This technology allows the treadmill to display actual destination video footage, as well as matching the ambient sounds in the visual environment.
However, like all innovative fitness products, these treadmills don’t come cheap. Be prepared to shell out from $2000-3000.
