Using 60 feet of pure recycled Boeing jet, Lot-ek has made a student pavilion over at the University of Washington in Seattle. This student lounge area looks like a great outdoors area for people to hang out, do homework, and expand their mind in, ahem, not quite legal ways.
The jet overlooks Lake Union in what looks like an excellent placement for such a unique addition to the school. Students will surely be taking some trips of their own in this airplane of old. — Andrew Dobrow
