As something of an American History buff there are certain topics I like to keep a close eye on- one of those is the American Mafia and/or organized crime in general. As such I had to have a look at a certain presentation by Patrick Byrne, PhD. & CEO of Overstock.com: Naked Shorts, Bust-Outs, and the Once and Future Cataclysm: Economic Warfare. It's a fairly long title, but the presentation itself is pretty well mind blowing in nature.

Sony has been hit pretty hard this past year, which is finally evident in their financial forecast. The company has modified its forecast for its financial losses for the fiscal year, raising it to $1.2 billion dollars.
