Now that the final shuttle mission is finally away, many people have been left wondering about the future of NASA. Since the manned spaceflight programs were one of the main stimuli behind many of today’s inventions, people are worried that innovation will be left in the dust.

Yeah, that comment pretty much speaks for itself.
President Obama has (for the most part) tried to express reassurance and optimism about NASA’s future. However, the American public has displayed many powerful emotions about the fact that NASA’s future might not include manned space flight for a long, long time.
